Eucalyptus All-Purpose Spray Cleaner
Cleaning doesn’t have to feel sharp or sterile. It can feel like opening windows on a cool morning—fresh, light, and quietly energizing.
This eucalyptus all‑purpose spray is one of my favorite ways to care for our home naturally. Made with simple ingredients and essential oils, it gently cleans everyday surfaces while leaving the space smelling crisp and alive. Eucalyptus brings that unmistakable “fresh air” feeling, helping the house feel clearer the moment you spray.
To balance that cool, herbal note, peppermint and wild orange step in. Peppermint adds brightness and clarity, while wild orange softens the blend with a touch of natural sweetness. Together, they turn cleaning into something less task‑oriented and more ritual—spray, wipe, breathe.
I love having a bottle of this on hand for quick resets: wiping counters, freshening up shared spaces, clearing fingerprints, or just giving the room a lift before guests arrive. It’s effective, uncomplicated, and aligned with a natural home rhythm—no heavy fragrances, no lingering chemical smell.
Sometimes the simplest choices make the biggest difference. A cleaner that actually smells good. Ingredients you recognize. A home that feels lighter when you’re done.
Ingredients:
- 10 drops Eucalyptus
- 10 drops Peppermint
- 10 drops Wild Orange
- 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1 3/4 cup distilled water*
Instructions: Combine ingredients in a 16 ounce glass spray bottle. Shake bottle gently before each use.
*When you are making your own cleaners to use around the house, and you are not going to use it all right away, it is better to use distilled water. Alternatively, you can use regular tap water that has been boiled and allowed to cool.
