‘Liquid AC’ for Cooling Down in the Heat

I like to call Peppermint essential oil "Liquid AC" because it provides an instant sensation of cooling on your skin.  This is SO nice if it is hot!

Some women even feel hot sometimes due to biological things they have going on regardless of the temperature around them, and Peppermint is amazing for that, too.

You can also add a drop of Peppermint oil to water for a refreshing drink that helps you cool off (but make sure you only use an oil you completely trust to be absolutely pure if you're going to consume; the only brand I trust for this use is doTERRA).

So, if you need a little personal air conditioning, reach for some Peppermint, and prepare to be amazed... and cool.
